Job Description

The Technical Analyst 2-Support role is part of Oracle’s Application Management Services (AMS) business group. The team provides Millennium and Soarian Solutions support for clients in Asia Pacific, Australia, and the US.

As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Resolving customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Identifying technical issues and troubleshooting.
Analyzing service requests for data extracts and functionality concerns.
Maintaining internal databases and updating customer interactions.
Monitoring customer complaints and ensuring timely resolutions.
Following incident management and change management protocols.

The role is crucial for Oracle’s global service delivery, ensuring 95%+ Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance. Failure to meet SLA targets may result in penalties, making this role critical for client satisfaction and revenue management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

0-2+ years of experience in technical support or incident management.
Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
