Job Overview:

We seek an enthusiastic Software Development, Test, and Automation Engineer for our Bangalore-based Wireless (Meraki) organization. You would be part of full software development lifecycle activities; a big emphasis on design and development would focus on delivering secure, innovative wireless products and solutions. With engineers focused on quality through automation, testing, networking, and tooling, you would assist in creating great customer experiences as well as customer-owned organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute tests for wireless solutions on network operating systems running on routers, switches, wireless controllers, and access points.
with cross-functional teams to understand customer deployment scenarios and ensure product quality.
Develop automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve testing strategies.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Important Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or any related field.
0-2 years of experience in the industry after the completion of studies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and related protocols.
The ability to learn and apply new technologies and tools effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of wireless networking technologies like 802.11.
Proficiency in additional programming languages beyond C, C++, or Python.
Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Experience in troubleshooting, coding, testing, and debugging.
Experience in software quality assurance, testing, or test automation with or on software.
