Job Overview
A crucial role in your position as Software Development Test and Automation Engineer will help ensure the Cisco Meraki products’ quality and reliability in relation to wireless. You will have a collaborative role in developing extensive test frameworks along with automating processes to have seamless functionality across Meraki’s wireless products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, Implement, and maintain test automation framework and tools; collaborate with developers to identify or resolve defects within the product under testing.
- Conduct extensive testing to validate the features and functionality of Meraki wireless products.
- Analyze the test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure test coverage by designing and executing test cases for new features.
- Be an active participant in the continuous improvement of development and testing processes.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Deep understanding of wireless networking protocols (Wi-Fi, IEEE 802.11).
- Problems solving skills as well as debug.
- Communication skill and work together in teams.
